Property Management Administrator
At KFH we are looking for a Property Management Administration Manager to join our Lettings Property Management team in Wimbledon.
Have you managed a small team before? Are you an experienced coordinator in lettings or property management? Do you enjoy working in a customer focused environment? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others and are looking for a property management administration manager to bring new thinking and embrace and join the team.

Responsibilities of a Property Management Administration Manager include:
• The role will report into the Head of Lettings Management
• Line management of PM Administrators
• Oversight and review of the work carried out by PM Administrators
• Ensuring PM Admin deadlines are met
• Handling of escalated queries and complaints, both internal and external
• Training and recruitment of new and existing staff
• Providing statistics to HOD relating to Bonus KPI’s for department and PM Administration team
• Managing department email inboxes, including tenant referencing and voicemail
Skills required
• Experience in line management of a team
• Excellent with Microsoft programmes - specifically Excel and Word
• Experience with a CRM system (ideally Radar), inputting data and running reports
• Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Good at working in and supporting a team
• Confident and articulate, both written and verbally
• A great self-starter who can complete tasks independently and records actions taken
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
